  • GrowHU accelerator v1.0 cohort ANNOUNCED

  • August 5th: Applications Open

    The application process to be considered for participation in the GrowHU accelerator v1.0 cohort opens. There is no cost to participate in this virtual program.

  • October 28th: Applications Close

    This is the last date that we will accept submissions for the GrowHU accelerator v1.0 cohort.

  • October 31st: Applications Evaluated

    Submitted applications will be evaluated in batches against the GrowHU requirements and decisions will be made by September 26th for v1.0 cohort launch in the following week and announcements to come.

  • PHASE 1: Coaching

    November 3rd: Cohort Kick-off

    Accepted applicants will be invited to participate in our virtual cohort which will run over 10 weeks. Our asynchronous GrowHU cohort contains 6 synchronous sessions that will be conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6pm and 8pm EST over the month of October. Participants can easily self-navigate the content and instruction in our app, and complete all the assignments independently of class instruction. Class time will be reserved to discuss the participating businesses and the challenges against each topic of discussion.

    November 8th: Current State / Future State @ 6PM EST

    November 10th: Customers & Value Proposition @ 6PM EST

    November 15th: Business Model @ 6PM EST

    November 17th: Mapping your Ecosystem / Building Partnerships @ 6PM EST

    November 29th: Building your Rocket Pitch @ 6PM EST

  • PHASE 2: Growth Support

    Each cohort participant will build a growth plan focused on partnerships and customer acquisition based on class instruction, in conjuction with program sponsors. We will begin executing on this growth plan together for the remainder of the program.

  • PHASE 3: Subject Matter Experts Discussions

    Experts across the Howard University, Fiserv and humble ventures network will contribute their expertise towards support in December and January of 2023 to help answer and address growth and scaling specific challenges .

  • DEMO DAY

    February 10th: Demo Day

    We will conduct a public Demo day on February 10th to bring together channel partners, investors and other interested parties to share the progress of cohort participants and how we can invest in their continued success.
